Well, if anyone rash and itchy skin, constipation, severe joint pain (in all joints and phalanges), and get sore muscles after consumption of products that Wheat is usually a symptom of celiac disease or intolerance or allergy to gluten? Even someone could also be a true wheat allergy and celiac disease immune system have? Can lactose intolerant and allergic to milk, at a time?

The symptoms of celiac disease, gluten intolerance and wheat allergies can be very similar. Unfortunately, the problems, because everyone is different, you would have to undergo various tests to ensure that you are and how much. Not likely at one time also.

You can also use both lactose intolerance and milk allergy. Some even claim that the failure to treat, creates another (this is in the book "Milk is not for everyone").
