Did I eat normal today? - kamut pasta
Breakfast: good source for many organic whole grain
didint rly lunch just a few snacks: banana, some rapsberries, 1 mango, pineapple cup and a small piece of healthy home-wheat pita
Dinner: A bowl of pasta, whole grain kamut with my homemade tomato sauce and salad with house vinaigrette with lemon
I am a vegetarian, and I'm not hungry, but I feel as if it was not enough. I will not say that getting to eat more because I'm not really hungry, but a normal amount of food?
